Lets get threw this,
- 1 1/2 peanut butter & honey sandwich
- large caramel frappicino
- 1/2 slice of pepperoni pizza
- 1 hard boiled egg
The good news is that I've been able to still take a big crap without eating my usual salad. It must be the oatmeal that has been getting me going.
